Hawaii - Part 4

For sure, golf was a highlight of the boys' Hawaii experience! They spent three days on the greens, enjoying the amazing water views on every turn and the challenge of new courses. Here's a quick recap of their golf adventures:

Day 1 of golf - the Wailua Municipal Golf Course. Great views, but being accosted by a rather large Hawaiian man who was not experiencing the spirit of aloha, made for an unfavorable first experience on the island!! They were able to shake if off though, and loved just getting to play golf again together!

Noa expresses his frustration over a bad swing? Or maybe it was that Hawaiian!

Day 2 of Kauai golf was off to a great start! The guys played the beautiful Poipu Bay course and had an awesome time. The greens were unbelievably, well, green....and the weather could not have been better for them.

They were also very excited to see (and touch!) Tiger Woods' locker at the Poipu Bay course. He plays here regularly, I guess. This is one of the favored courses in Hawaii for the pros. Mike and Noa included :)

Again, Noa displaying his frustration. Dang sand traps! They sneak up on you!

Saving the best for last, Day 3 of Kauai golf was on the Princeville Prince course. It was their favorite round of golf they've ever played! The grounds were impeccable. The mountain views were unbelievable, and they both had an amazing play that caused them to strut around with their chests puffed out for the rest of the day. Well, until Noa accidentally brought their cart to a screeching halt in front of an audience of older men, by pressing on the emergency brake. Oops!

Loving life on Kauai.

Great angle, Mike! Gives you a taste of the mountains in the background.

Another landscape shot of the Princeville Prince.
Mike teeing off. Unbelievable beauty on this course!
So that was golf.
Stay tuned for more updates....gotta wrap this thing up soon, I've got real life to blog about :)

Boys and their golf! I guess it is something like girls and their manis/pedis and spa treatments! Those courses look amazing. I don't even golf and they make me want to get out there!
