We left Anchorage for the three hour drive to Seward (where the cruise began) in a stretch Excursion limo!! Living it up. All ten of us piled into the limo and settled in with Cokes and card games and much scenery-watching. From left to right, below: Mike and I, Nate and Sarah, Mike and Annie, Chris and Sarah, and Mike and Jen. Yes, three Mikes and two Sarahs. Whew.
On our way to Seward, we stopped at a wildlife conservatory and got to do some animal sight-seeing. Kind of like a zoo, but only with Alaskan animals and they have much bigger living areas. These two bears were play-fighting.
The moose smiles for the camera:
The ship as we pulled into port in Seward.
A view from our balcony of the little fishing town.
Mike and Nate goof off while learning key lifesaving plans. Good thing the ship didn't sink because they were NOT paying much attention :)
Coming up: the Hubbard Glacier!

Love the "critter" pictures!
You'd have to hold me back from trying to pet the wild bear and moose! Ha ha!
Keep those pictures coming - I'm loving them!!
Forget the critters. I'm lovin' the stretch limo.
