Friday was Mike's actual birthday, and we kicked off his birthday weekend celebration. I invited his best friends over for a few days of guy time - they came all the way from Fort Collins Colorado, Washington D.C., Kansas City, and Orange Park Florida to hang out!!
Friday night the guys had pizza-and-beer night around the coffee table, where they challenged each other in a game of Risk. The guys "let Mike win" and he came out the champion! Meanwhile, I went out with three girls that I've known since our first week in Florida. We call each other the "Wive's Club" since our husbands are residents together. We celebrated Danielle, who's getting married next month.
It was good Girl Time-Guy Time for both of us, and started off a great weekend!
