Lake Vacation

We skied.

We tubed.



Played bocce ball.

Rode jet-skis.

We floated by the dock.

Other things we did at the lake this weekend.....grilled out, played dice and Chinese horseshoes and a Nebraska-named game "horse balls" (don't ask). We drank margaritas, ate Doritos til we were sick of them (hard to imagine, yes). We dunked each other in the lake, laid out on the boat, rode the boat around at dusk and watched the sun set. We stayed up late, slept in and took naps in the shade. We read magazines, played golf twice (not the girls of course), and got some people up on skis for the first time. Some of us learned what the game "Bucking Bronco" on the jet ski means. Some of us learned we don't want to play that game.

We got too much sun, ate too much food, and swallowed too much lake water.

We spent three days in Nebraska on a lake, courtesy of the Seebas and their family. It was a perfect weekend.
