The guys spent Monday night and all day Tuesday skiing, so Julie and I took on the malls and managed to spend nearly all of our money - but had the absolute best time shopping that we've ever had!! We spent Monday at the huge outdoor mall in Fort Collins and ventured to the mega-mall near Denver on Tuesday. We packed my car full both days, and needless to say Julie had to take an extra suitcase home with her! She also got a haircut and great highlights, which has already earned her the compliment of compliments for Julie: "You look older!" It was much needed time alone with her, and though months had passed since we'd hung out, we didn't miss a beat and the conversation never lulled. Seems like even when we saw each other every day, we always had stuff to talk about - and after time apart, we just had even MORE to talk about! Monday and Tuesday were perhaps my favorite days of their visit.

Regarding Colorado skiing in APRIL! Best skiing I can ever remember. In APRIL! Tons of powder. Long runs. No lines. In short, dreamy. But beware of "Cat Dancer." That cat danced dirty.
Reagarding Colorado shopping in April...best shoppong I can ever remember - in April! Tons of merchandise. Some lines. In short, dreamy. But beware of "Target." That store causes long receipts.
